Join My First Reader´s Circle
When everything goes dark, the soul begins to see.
Ahhh, I’m so grateful to finally be sharing this with you!
Seven years ago, this book first found its readers in Denmark. The love it received, and the beautiful personal stories people shared with me afterwards, have stayed with me ever since.
And now, The Night She Walked Me Home is preparing to meet English-speaking readers for the very first time, in a lovingly updated edition with a new afterword.
Before she goes out into the world, I would LOVE to share her with a little circle of readers from my community.
And maybe you’d like to be one of them?
A little about the book
In the quiet of an ancient island church, Eva Andrea encounters a painting that seems to speak to her through light. She listens. She says yes.
Five centuries separate them. Yet somehow, Teresa of Ávila finds her way into Eva’s life, guiding her through the dark night of her soul.
Drawn to Ávila, Eva discovers the intertwined lives of Teresa and John of the Cross. As her own world begins to shift, she must learn to trust a path she cannot see.
A literary memoir woven with historical narrative, exploring love, devotion and the mysterious ways a soul finds its way home.
What you’ll receive

I’m so looking forward to connecting with you there…

Bagom alt kan jeg høre din sang
Ohhh, I would love to welcome you back!
This updated English edition is an invitation to revisit the story, perhaps from a different place in your life. There’s also a new afterword, reflecting on the journey from where I stand today, seven years later.
I wonder what might speak to you this time?
A little invitation to help the book find its readers
During launch week, I’ll invite you to consider leaving an honest review on Amazon or Goodreads, based on your reading of this English edition.
Just a few words in your own voice can help another reader discover whether this book might speak to them.
Reviewing is completely voluntary, with no particular rating or response expected. Our reader’s tea and your chance in the hardcover giveaway are yours whether or not you leave a review.
Shall we share this journey?
You don’t need to know my work already or have any particular spiritual background. Just a little curiosity and time to read before 22 November 2026.
The advance copy is a gift for your personal reading. I simply ask that you keep the files private and don’t share or distribute them.
With love,
Eva Andrea
I would LOVE to welcome you into this one.
